Morning yoga to shake off travel, eat a light breakfast then your first surf session at Playa Guiones. Instructors will teach ocean safety, basics about the Playa Guiones break, and help you catch your first waves. Lunch back at Brisa Verde. Free afternoon to explore Nosara, a second surf session or just settle in. Evening yoga and group dinner.

Morning yoga and your best surf session yet—you've got this. We'll capture photos and videos today for analysis. Free afternoon for optional adventures or beach time. Evening yoga. Dinner then we go into town to play a little pool.

Friday - Stick The Landing

Final coached surf session—show off everything you've learned this week. Free afternoon to soak it all in, grab any last-minute souvenirs, or one more pool session. Sunset yoga. Farewell dinner at Brisa Verde with beach bonfire—share highlights, exchange contacts, maybe shed a tear.

Saturday - Departure

Optional dawn patrol surf for the early birds who can't get enough. Final breakfast together with plenty of fresh fruit. Pack up, say your goodbyes, and head to the airport. Leave sun-kissed, stoked, and already planning your return to Costa Rica.
